Consultant Position Type: Contract or Contract-to-Hire, based on

Finance / Transformation / ERP Implementation Hourly Pay Rate:
$70-95/hour based on experience Overview Our client, a leader in
the healthcare and financial services industry, is seeking a
dedicated and innovative Finance Business Transformation Manager to
join their dynamic team. The Finance Business Transformation
Manager plays a critical role in reshaping Finance operations by
leading process optimization, enabling new technologies, and
supporting the transition to a modern ERP and financial operating
model. This role will drive transformational change across people,
processes, and systems, ensuring Finance processes become scalable,
efficient, and aligned with organizational growth. This position
partners closely with Finance leadership, Accounting & Reporting,
Revenue Cycle, Budgeting, IT, and operational stakeholders to
ensure end?to?end delivery of process redesign and sustainable
adoption during and after ERP/PULSE program implementations. Key
Responsibilities Finance Process & Systems Transformation Lead
change efforts across Finance functions—people, processes, and
technology—to support new data models, analytic capabilities, and
operating structures. Drive preparation and readiness for Finance
teams transitioning from manual and Excel?driven processes to
automated, system?based workflows. Redesign Finance processes to be
scalable, efficient, compliant, and workflow?driven. Lead
operational alignment across Finance, Accounting, Revenue Cycle,
and Information Systems to support transformation and ERP/PULSE
deployment. Manage conversion readiness for all Finance data sets.
Cross-Functional Partnership & Readiness Facilitate readiness
activities between Finance, Revenue Cycle, and Pharmacy teams to
streamline the patient and pharmacy revenue cycle. Shorten and
transform the month?end close and accounting cycle through improved
accuracy, automation, and workflow standardization. Reduce reliance
on Excel and eliminate “shadow systems” by supporting system-based
redesign. Change Management & Adoption Partner with Implementation
Teams, Change Management, Organizational Learning, and the PMO to
support training, communications, and post?go?live adoption. Drive
alignment between business requirements and system capabilities
throughout the implementation lifecycle. Support finance leaders
and staff during pre?, mid?, and post?implementation phases with
process education and new workflow ownership . Compliance, Controls
& Documentation Complete required documentation, including: COSO
internal control alignment RACQI documentation (Responsible,
Accountable, Consulted, Informed, Quality Impact) Future-state
process maps, flowcharts, and standard operating procedures Lead
improvements in day?to?day financial operations and reduce process
variation. Note: This role interfaces with Supply Chain and
Warehouse Management Systems but is not accountable for SCM
processes. Deliverables Future-state Finance process maps and
detailed flowcharting. Recommended Finance policy updates based on
redesigned processes. Five-day close checklist improvements.
Updated interdepartmental integration documentation. Revenue cycle
accounting process documentation. Month-end redesign plans and
updated Excel templates tied to financial close, planning, and
reporting. Control and compliance narratives aligned to COSO
principles. Qualifications Experience leading finance
transformation initiatives in a complex, multi?department
environment. Strong understanding of accounting operations, revenue
cycle processes, and financial reporting. Prior involvement with
ERP implementations (Oracle preferred; other Tier 1 ERPs
acceptable). Experience in process improvement, workflow redesign,
and change management. Ability to collaborate with technical teams,
operational leaders, and finance staff. Strong communication skills
and the ability to manage cross-functional expectations. Upon
