As a Lead Teacher, you will develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum, plan engaging activities to promote cognitive, social, and emotional development, and assess and documenting your student's progress. Whether or not you have experience working in schools, you may be qualified to work with us. The most important quality is that you love working with children. If you have the following, we would love to speak with you: Qualifications WA State ECE certificate or degree in ECE or Education required Minimum 1 Year of Experience required in a school setting Mandarin highly preferred Ability to meet WA State licensing and staff file requirements Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members is required.
