your future with us. Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a
Quality Engineering Manager (Level K) to join our Quality Team in
Renton, Washington. BCA Quality Engineering is seeking an
individual to help lead our 737 program team. This leader will have
the opportunity to be involved in developing and maintaining the
quality systems across airplane programs and lead teams in high
visibility projects to improve BCA quality execution. They will be
reaching across functions to problem solve and work projects
throughout the value stream. A strong focus on integration, problem
solving, and analytical and/or statistical methods will help drive

Responsibilities - Manages employees performing quality engineering
and technical activities on or in support of programs through all
phases of the product lifecycle - Develops quality strategies and
plans in support of new business acquisition and execution of
program/business plans. Provides education and coaching on the
Quality System - Acquires and manages resources, provides quality
technical management and leads performance improvements - Develops
and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers,
stakeholders, peers, partners, suppliers and direct reports -
Oversees review of technical information to ensure quality and
producibility - Manages, develops and motivates employees. - Able
to travel to Everett 10% of the time Basic Qualifications (Required
Skills/Experience) - Must have a Bachelor's degree or higher in
engineering or equivalent - 3 years of experience root cause
analysis and corrective action - 3 years of experience collecting,
organizing, and analyzing data; summarizing findings; developing
conclusions - Experience leading cross-functional teams Preferred
Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience) - 5 years of experience
performing statistical analysis - 5 years of experience working
with data visualization - Demonstrated ability to solve complex
problems through a wide array of approaches - Experience with
Engineering and Change Processes - Experience working closely with
other engineering disciplines in an integrated team environment

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well
as market and business considerations. Summary pay range: $131,750
