Security & Fire Multi Operations Specialist (Mid-Level or Senior) Company: The Boeing Company The Boeing Company is looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Security & Fire Multi Operations Specialist (Mid-Level or Senior) to join the team in Seattle, WA. The selected candidate will perform multi-disciplinary security operations duties and report to the Seattle Security & Fire Operations Senior Manager This role requires a versatile professional capable of managing multi-discipline security and fire operations under the general direction of the Duwamish Corridor Site Security & Fire Operations (S&FO) Senior Manager. The ideal candidate will demonstrate Boeing’s core values, work effectively with diverse stakeholders, and manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment. This position is perfect for a self-starter and collaborative team player who demonstrates a sense of urgency and initiative in determining and completing actions independently. Position Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with company security practices, procedures and government regulations Assist with contractual security oversight Maintain oversight of site security metrics and analytics Implement and ensure compliance with information protection practices and procedures to enhance company operations Coordinate with internal and external customers to ensure compliance with company and government regulations and requirements Assist customers in researching and resolving common questions and problems, and defining requirements Conduct security assessments, identifying vulnerabilities and recommending improvements that mitigate risks to ensure alignment with current policies and procedures Support site and regional Threat Management teams Provide badging subject matter expertise and support to business partners, customers, etc. leveraging enterprise badging policies and procedures Monitor operability of video surveillance, access management, and alarm systems and coordinate service when needed Represent security as a point of contact for site projects and events Coordinate special events and assign critical resources as needed Collaborate closely with local agencies and business partners to enhance security programs that protect people, property, and information Deliver excellence in customer service and build relationships with key stakeholders Integrate safety into day-to-day services and influence safety culture within the security team Support off-hour events and incidents as needed Perform other S&FO duties as assigned Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 3 years of experience building relationships and partnering with all levels of employees, including executives 3 years of experience with contract management 1 years of experience with the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Project 1 years of experience with site Security and Fire Operations or uniformed security policies, procedures, disciplines, and requirements Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience Experience with physical security Experience with auditing Experience with Security & Fire Protection policies and procedures Experience verifying and processing invoices Experience conducting Service Level Assessment (SLA) reviews with service contractors; mutually addressing service delivery issues, lessons learned, and best practices Experience reviewing Uniformed Security Incident Reports (USIR) Experience authoring/editing written security instructions and/or uniformed security post orders Experience with presentation skills for multiple audiences, including executive leadership Experience with written and verbal communication expertise for interaction in a dynamic executive environment Conflict Of Interest: Successful Candidates for this job must satisfy the Company’s Conflict Of Interest (COI) assessment process.
