and life safety systems. 5 years of experience in Design Failure
Mode and Effects Analysis, Design for Test, Design for Reliability,
or Design Verification Test. Preferred qualifications: Master's
degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer
Science, or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of experience
managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. Experience in
(High/Medium Voltage) HV/MV Mechanical Power Systems, Switchgear,
Transformers, UPS, Busway, Product Life Cycle (PLC) Control
systems, etc. Experience with Weibull, JMP, Python, MATLAB, LabVIEW
, C, C++ or other programming languages for data analysis.
Experience in performing root cause analyses and failure analyses

engineers. As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you will use
your technical expertise to lead multi-disciplinary projects from
start to finish. You will work with stakeholders to plan

and HVAC systems in the world. We are an upbeat, creative,
team-oriented group of engineers committed to building and
operating powerful data centers. The US base salary range for this
full-time position is $163,000-$237,000 bonus equity benefits. Our
salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within
the range, individual pay is determined by work location and
additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and

Responsibilities Review global equipment field reliability
performance and its Cost of Poor Quality (CoPQ) impact, identify
and address systemic issues based on lessons learned during Data
Center construction, commissioning and operation. Work with
cross-functional stakeholders to establish the roadmap for and
subsequent execution of field reliability practices for key
Electrical, Controls and Power Distribution systems in our Data
Center infrastructure portfolio to enable consistent feedback to
design, supply chain, construction and operations, increase fleet
predictability/performance and excellent Total Cost of Ownership
(TCO). Collaborate with Global Commodity Managers to connect field
performance measurement back to manufacturers that can relate to
their field performance systems. Review key metrics pertaining to a
program, monitor potential metric deviations, and define corrective
actions for critical deviations.
