Take on the responsibility to support the credit dept. setting up new accounts, performing credit/ref checks, and coordinating with outside services to verify information. Other key duties include posting payments, handling customer inquiries, account reconciliation, and a variety of functions that tie into their month-end process. If you have solid skills utilizing the 10 Key, are very detailed, can provide outstanding customer service skills, and have good Word/Excel skills, this may be the move you have been waiting for.
