LPN - Home Health Sound (Thurston County)
$5,000 Sign-on Bonus for eligible external candidates who meet all
conditions for payment - this is in addition to the fantastic

This is licensed work involving direct nursing service to patients
including medication administration, complex dressing changes,
observation, assessment and education. Performs responsibilities
independently in a home setting with indirect supervision. Work is
evaluated by the Home Health Manager through clinical reports,
direct observation and consultation from Staff RN.
- Graduate of a school of nursing.
- 1 year Nursing experience in an acute care setting.
- Washington Licensed Practical Nurse (Vendor Managed)
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon
- A valid driver's license and proof of insurance per company
- 1 year Home health care experience.

About the Team
Providence Home and Community Care (HCC) is a service line within
Providence with over 8,000 caregivers and 2,000 volunteers serving
nearly 200,000 people a year, in their homes, in clinics and in a
variety of congregate living ministries across our seven-state
HCC provides a full range of services and support for people of all
ages, especially those facing chronic or life-limiting illnesses.
Our core competencies include restorative care, longitudinal care
and care through the end of life. Our service lines include
assisted living/skilled nursing/rehabilitation, home health, home
infusion/pharmacy services, home medical equipment, hospice and
palliative care, Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly
