Description LPN - Home Health Sound (Thurston County) $5,000 Sign-on Bonus for eligible external candidates who meet all conditions for payment - this is in addition to the fantastic benefits and compensation package offered by Providence that begin on your first day of employment. This is licensed work involving direct nursing service to patients including medication administration, complex dressing changes, observation, assessment and education. Performs responsibilities independently in a home setting with indirect supervision. Work is evaluated by the Home Health Manager through clinical reports, direct observation and consultation from Staff RN. Required qualifications: Graduate of a school of nursing. 1 year Nursing experience in an acute care setting. Washington Licensed Practical Nurse (Vendor Managed) National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire A valid driver--------s license and proof of insurance per company policy Preferred qualification: 1 year Home health care experience.
