Job Description:

The Operating Room Registered Nurse is responsible for aiding surgeons in the operating room. Operating Room Nurses will prepare the room and the patient for the procedure and make certain that all equipment is safe and operating correctly.Responsibilities:OR RN responsibilities consist of:

Analyzing the well being of the patient before, during and after the procedure.
Anticipate what the surgeons need and give instruments and supplies to them during operations.
Preserving and logging any items needed for lab examinations.

Requirements

One year of experience as an OR RN within the past two years.
- Active RN License in good standing.
- Up to date Basic Life Support through American Heart Association.
- Negative Drug Screen.
