Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Emergency Department team at MultiCare Health System. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues
• Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and guidelines to provide evidence-based careRequirements
  • Current Washington State Registered Nurse license (RN)
  • Active BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
  • Minimum two (2) years full-time RN experience in ER or other comparable experience
