Endocrinologist needed in Tacoma to cover: Mon-Fri clinic coverage only.Start Date: June 30- September 30Estimated # of shifts/month: Full time hours-Mon-Fri 8a-5p. Will consider candidates that can only do 4 days. They do need coverage full time June 30-Sept 30. If full time coverage is needed, will you accept multiple part time candidates to fill schedule? Yes, but one full time is preferred.Orientation: Tue/Wed in person, locum will not need additional days of shadowing, they will have side by side Epic support on first day of patient coverage. ORIENTATION: Mandatory attendance prior to start, no exceptions. Commitment to an orientation date is required upon offer acceptance. Tue-Wed. Schedule/Availability Requirements: Shift start and end times? 8a - 5p, Monday-Friday Setting: Outpatient Clinic Duties: See patients in clinic, inbox messages, prescription refill. Standard outpatient practice FTE: 1.0 Required Procedures: None Thyroid biopsies? None Patient Volume: 12 - 16 patient visits per day Telehealth accepted in addition to onside coverage? No Seeing new consults? Or follow ups only? New and follow ups EMR: Epic Support Staff: Medical Assistant Submission Requirements MUST NOTATE ALL DURING NAME CLEARS

• Board Certified - Required
• Active WA license or IMLC - Required
• Malpractice - Clean Preferred
• Availability at time of name clear Required
