The Registered Nurse provides skilled home healthcare,
delivering personalized nursing care per physician orders and plans
of care. Responsibilities include documenting patient status,
administering medications, conducting assessments, and educating
clients on self-care and safety. The role involves supervising
caregivers, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and
maintaining confidentiality. Additional duties include medication
management, coordination with healthcare team, and participating in
staff training. Qualifications include a nursing degree, current
license, CPR certification, and preferably home health experience.

work independently or with a team are essential. The position
offers a competitive hourly rate of $39.58, with flexibility for
after-hours and weekend coverage.
