We diagnose and treat more than 6,000 new cancer cases per year and span the state of Washington from Olympia, Spokane, Tacoma and Yakima. Our team and state-of-the-art programs create a world-class health care organization and the destination center for complex, disease-specific cancer care, advanced pathology and imaging support, and holistic supportive oncology care. We are growing to become the Pacific Northwest's highest value system of oncology care, with a goal of doubling our cancer caseloads by 2028. The Practice

• 100% hospital-based with management of day-to-day care of inpatients while closely coordinating with the primary oncologist
• Join a team of disease site experts dedicated to developing cutting-edge multidisciplinary approaches to patient care and advancing oncology treatment
• Be part of building Centers of Excellence focused on comprehensive, specialized cancer care, leveraging the latest in research, innovation, and collaborative expertise
• Growing population of complex cancer disease

• Research opportunities, both industry-sponsored clinical trials and investigator-initiated research, in collaboration with dedicated staff
• 2-year annual salary guarantee $500,000.00+ based on YOE with incentive bonuses, including productivity, quality and engagement.

New physicians will work within a growing, multi-disciplinary team including medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, surgical oncologists, oncologic proceduralists, and advanced practice providers. Ideal candidates will be instrumental in ensuring high patient satisfaction and high value oncology care. There is an opportunity for research and being a principal investigator.

        • Board certified/eligible at time of employment
        • Licensed in the state of WA by the time of employment
