qualified Case Manager RN in Olympia, Washington, 98506! Pay
Information $2,438 per week About The Position Job Title:
Registered Nurse - Case Manager Profession: Nursing Specialty: Care
Management Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours
Experience: 2 years minimum required License: WA RN License or
Compact License required Certifications: BLS required, CCM or ACM
preferred Must-Have: Inpatient acute care experience required
Description: Unit manager approved the option of either 8-hour or
10-hour shifts. The schedule is 5x8 hours, with a 4x10 option
available upon request. First-timers are accepted. Weekend
requirements are every other weekend. Floating between like units
is required to meet facility needs. Local candidates are not
accepted; a radius rule applies. Pending licenses are not accepted.
There are no restrictions on requested time off, but preferences to
keep it under seven days are encouraged. Special requirements
include inpatient acute care experience, which is a hard stop.
Units served may include ICU, PCU, ED, Family Birth, and Adult
Medical. Experience with Milliman Guidelines or InterQual Criteria
is desirable. The average daily census is approximately 30.
Candidates should gather at least two supervisory references
covering one year within the last three years. During the
interview, candidates will be asked if they are interested in
permanent employment. Clinicians must have reliable transportation.
Candidates should secure housing before accepting the position and
be aware of local costs of living. All sensitive onboarding items
must be completed in a timely manner. Prestart cancellations may
affect future opportunities. Completion of modules is required
before the start date. Time spent on modules is self-reported.
