Job Title: NICU Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: NICU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours (18:30 - 07:00) Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience required License: WA RN or Compact RN required Certifications: BLS, NRP required Must-Have: Orientation hours: 40 Description: Start date: ASAP. Shift options: 3 or 4 twelve-hour night shifts. First-timers accepted. Weekend requirement: 4 weekend shifts in a 4-week period. Call is not required. Traveler may need to float between like units, specifically in Family Maternity Center/Postpartum. Local candidates not accepted. Pending license accepted. RTO restrictions apply: No holiday RTO. All RTO must be included at the time of submittal. Guaranteed hours: 36 or 48 per week. Facility highlights: Level II trauma center with a total of 571 staffed beds. Scrub color: Any (no reddish orange permitted). Charting system used: EPIC. COVID-19 vaccine is not required. Flu vaccine status is unknown. All travelers are expected to float between various like units within their skill set. If required for the assignment, communication devices needed to perform duties will be provided at no cost to the provider or agency. Modules are non-billable, with an average of 16 hours spent; completion is self-reported. Orientation consists of 40 hours and is non-billable.
