Job Description Locums - Orthopaedic Surgery - Surgicalist Call - Auburn, WA Why This Role? - 1 week/month need starting August 2025 - Trauma Level 2 hospital with 1st assist support as needed - Growing surgicalist team expanding locum pool Duration: August 2025 - Ongoing Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Call Schedule: Week-long blocks each month, including call and optional daytime surgicalist shifts Call: Beeper call with 30-minute response time Clinical Details: - General orthopaedic trauma and joint procedures - Supportive inpatient setting; EPIC EMR - 1st assist support available - Admissions and rounding required - Located near SEATAC Airport Requirements: - Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopaedic Surgery - Active WA license - BLS certification - Clean history Skills Needed: - Joint replacement and revisions (hip, knee, shoulder) - Trauma and general orthopaedics - Spine procedures with or without instrumentation - Hand surgery, tendon repairs, peripheral nerve procedures
