Job Description Summary: Skagit Regional Health is actively
seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to help expand
our current team of two physicians due to rapid growth and

Clinical support staff consists of MAs and RNs. - Benefit from an
excellent work-life balance, with a weekday only schedule focused
only on outpatient care. No inpatient call duties and ample time
off. - This is a full time position with a 36-hour patient contact
hour work expectation. - This position will be responsible for
clinical management of follow up and post hospitalization patients,
patient education, and responding to patient questions on a variety
of medical issues. - Skagit Regional Health offers a 12 week
mentorship program for new grad APPs or those new to the specialty
to ensure smooth transition and successful start to practice! -
This is a hospital-employed position with support from our in-house
primary and specialty care referral base. - Integrated EPIC EMR
platform utilized system-wide throughout the organization with
newly implemented ambient AI technology (Ambient) available!
Qualifications: - Masters degree or higher in nursing or physician
assistant studies from an accredited program. - 2-4 years of
practice experience is required. Nephrology experience highly
preferred. - Active Washington State license or ability to obtain a
Washington State license before start. - The ideal candidate will

Compensation and Benefits: - Base Salary range: $127,454 - $134,649
DOE with productivity incentives. - Employment bonus, relocation
