Job Description:
Locum Tenens Opportunity in Cardiac Electrophysiology near South
Prairie, WA Are you a Board Certified Electrophysiologist looking
for a rewarding locum tenens opportunity? A reputable healthcare
organization near South Prairie, WA, is seeking a qualified EP
physician to join their dynamic team. Take advantage of this chance

environment. Position Details: Schedule: Monday to Friday Clinic
days: 9 am to 4 pm Procedure days: 7 am to 4 pm Call: Every other
weekend offsite cell/pager EP physician coverage during weekdays
Weekday nights and weekends cardiologists may call if they need EP
input EP physician availability on weekends (rotating with other
EPs) for emergent device implants Setting: Inpatient/outpatient
Duties: EP procedures EP service Clinic visits Required Procedures:
Afib ablations Device implants (high and low voltage) SVT
ablations, etc. EMR: EPIC FTE: Full time Support Staff: Nursing and
Medical Assistant, Cardiac Device RNs Reason for Coverage: Provider
out/low staff Credentialing Information: Timeframe: 30-45 days
Requirements: Credentialing with other facilities? Yes, SJMC
Orientation: Provider must be available for 2-3 days prior to start
Tuesday is a typical first day of orientation Must complete
orientation prior to patient care Travel Preferences: Preferred
Lodging: Preferred hotels Air Travel: Local, no flights Travel
Exceptions: Please detail any anticipated travel exceptions Travel
exception requests will be denied if this information is not part
of the provider presentation Indicate the city where the provider
will be traveling from in the travel section of the provider
submission Qualifications: Board Certified in Electrophysiology -
REQUIRED Active WA license - REQUIRED OR IMLC (LOQ AT TIME OF
SUBMISSION) Active ACLS, BLS, DEA - REQUIRED Residency/Fellowship
Completion - REQUIRED COVID VACCINATION - REQUIRED Certification
Requirements: ACLS BLS Board Certified DEA State License
