As the facility medical director for Cascade Valley Hospital, you'll guide an established emergency medicine (EM) team, shape clinical operations, and drive high-quality patient care in a collaborative, community-focused environment. This is an opportunity to lead with purpose, influence department performance, and help advance emergency care for the Arlington community. Opportunity Overview Level IV trauma center 16-bed emergency department Approximately 23,000 annual patient visits 29 total hospital beds EMR: Epic Admission rate: 7% 37 hours per day physician coverage with 9-hour shifts Medium acuity environment with a strong support structure Competitive Compensation, with an estimated base salary of $250 to $250 hourly and the opportunity to earn additional bonus compensation through our RVU incentive plan.
