Job Description:
Stellar Living, a leader in senior care, is seeking a dedicated
Health and Wellness Director to join our team. This role is pivotal
in ensuring the highest standards of healthcare and wellness
services across our facilities, emphasizing independent living,
assisted living, and memory care. The ideal candidate will manage
and oversee all health-related programs, develop wellness
initiatives that enhance resident satisfaction, comply with
healthcare regulations and maintain operational budgets. This
position reports directly to the Facility Manager and works closely
with medical staff to tailor programs that support each resident's
needs and health goals. Oversee the daily operations of health
services across multiple facilities. Develop, implement, and assess
wellness and health programs tailored to residents' needs. Ensure
compliance with all local, state, and federal healthcare
regulations. Manage healthcare staff, including hiring, training,
and performance evaluation. Collaborate with other departments to
integrate health services with overall resident care. Monitor and
manage the health services budget and ensure efficient use of
resources. Provide regular reports on the effectiveness of health
and wellness initiatives. Strong leadership and organizational
skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills In-depth
knowledge of healthcare regulations and senior care best practices
Ability to manage multipdisciplinary healthcare teams Proficiency
in healthcare management software Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certified Nursing Home
Administrator (CNHA) or equivalent First Aid and CPR
certifications
