12.00-3,96 Start Date: 03/09/2026 Job Description: This position
primarily involves working in the Emergency Department Holding
area, supporting ICU and PCU patients alongside the Float Pool
Teams. The role requires flexibility and resourcefulness in a
fast-paced environment, providing care to a diverse range of
patient types. Responsibilities: Transport patients throughout the
hospital, including all inpatient units, ED, CT, MRI, Nuc Med,
PACU, and Cath Lab. Provide assistance in the ED Holds Area with
breaks, medication administration, and additional support as
needed. Support units in varying patient-to-staff ratios based on
acuity and unit requirements. Participate in 24/7 ACLS transports
and assist in departmental needs. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years
of ICU experience, or PCU/PCU ER holds experience, or MS experience
in an acute care setting. Required licenses: ICU - ACLS, BLS,
NIHSS; PCU - ACLS, BLS, NIHSS; MedSurg - BLS, NIHSS. Competency in
cardiac rhythm interpretation, vent management, invasive line
management, IV medication titration, general drains, and trachs.
Experience with EPIC EMR and Alaris IV pumps required. 5 Benefits
