healthcare system. Compensation: $130,000 - $170,000 yearly
Responsibilities: Assess, diagnose, and treat mental health issues,
including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, PTSD, and
substance use disorders using compreshensive assessment skills and
evidence based tools. Provide psychiatric evaluations to develop
integrative and individualized care plans. Prescribe, monitor, and
adjust medicine based on a framework that is traditional,
integrative, complementary, and holistic. Routinely establish
patient/provider therapeutic relationships & provide evidence-based
psychotherapy to support patients' mental health and overall
well-being. Collaborate on a multidisciplinary team to optimize
patient outcomes. In-person role in Lacey, WA. Qualifications:
Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
ANCC Certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse
Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). Active RN and APRN license in Washington.
DEA license with Schedule II-V prescribing authority (or
eligibility). Minimum 2 years of psychiatric/mental health clinical
experience. Strong interpersonal, communication, and critical
thinking skills. Commitment to trauma-informed and culturally
competent care. You must have a true passion for delivering
