Health Therapist (LMHC or LMFT) Compensation: $62.40-$67.60 per
hour; paid bi-weekly Employment Type: W-2 Full-Time or W-2
Part-Time Employee; Exempt Location: This is an in person position
based out of Issaquah, WA Role Summary A Licensed Mental Health
Therapist with Dayspring Behavioral Health provides high-quality
outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families.
Success in this role means maintaining a consistent caseload,
delivering evidence-based care, and completing documentation
accurately and on time while collaborating with a supportive
clinical team. We are a mental health group practice that focuses
on hosting a professional, supportive, and rewarding workplace for
Mental Health Therapists. The goal at Dayspring is to thrive at

community. Licensed Therapist Responsibilities Conduct assessments
of bio-psycho-social needs and develop individualized treatment
plans Provide individual, family, and/or couples outpatient
psychotherapy services using evidence-based modalities Actively
seek parent and/or patient feedback regarding programming and
therapy goals Complete timely and compliant clinical documentation
Maintain a minimum active caseload of 16 clients per week required
(both in person and online) Participate in clinical consultation,
supervision, or team meetings as required Adhere to ethical
standards, licensing requirements, and company policies
Compensation & Benefits Compensation : $62.40-$67.60 per hour; paid

Requirements: Licensed Therapist Required Qualifications Active,
unrestricted license: LMHC or LMFT in Washington State Master’s or
doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage &
Family Therapy, or related field Ability to maintain adequate
Professional Liability Insurance coverage Strong background in
evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT) Ability to
provide therapy independently Comfort using an EHR and telehealth
platforms Experience conducting psychotherapy with specific
populations (children, adolescents, trauma, couples, etc.); strong
preference for therapists interested in working with ages 9 through
adulthood Experience in outpatient or group practice settings About
