Job Description Role: Surgical Technologist – Operating Room
Shift: Day/Evening (D/E), 10?hour shifts Hours: 4 × 10s = 40
hours/week Shift Time: 06:30 – 17:00 Schedule: Variable, includes
call On?Call Requirement: 14 days of call in a 6?week period
Position Summary: Functions as a vital member of the Operating Room
team , assuming responsibility for the scrub role during surgical
procedures. Ensures a safe, sterile environment by following AORN
Standards and Central Washington Hospital policies and procedures .
Required Qualifications Licensure & Certifications BLS (Required)
Washington State Surgical Technologist License (Required) National
Certification – Association of Surgical Technologists (AST)
Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program *Offered pay
rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare
