Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: LDRP - Labor Delivery Recovery & Postpartum - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 04/04/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel LDRP RN – Travel Contract Washington Days | 7AM–7PM Every Other Weekend We are seeking an experienced LDRP Registered Nurse for a travel assignment in a busy Birthing Center / Mother Baby unit. Unit Details - 34 LDRP Beds - 2 OR Suites for C-Sections - 2 Triage Beds - 14 Postpartum Beds - 150–180 Births Monthly Patient Ratios - Labor & Delivery: 1:2 - Postpartum Couplet Care: 1:3–4 Requirements - Active RN License - Minimum 2 years LDRP experience - Previous travel experience required - BLS, ACLS, NRP required - Intermediate/Advanced Fetal Heart Monitoring preferred Required Skills - Attend deliveries independently - Circulate in C-Sections - Assist with catching baby & newborn transition - Provide routine postpartum couplet care - Comfortable titrating Magnesium, Pitocin, and Insulin Unit Support - 24/7 OB Hospitalist - 24/7 Neonatal Nurse Practitioner - 24/7 OB Anesthesia - Surgical Tech coverage Additional Info - Block scheduling available when requested - No floating outside the department - EPIC EMR - Standby response time: 45 minutes Important: - No first-time travelers - 2 years of references required with submission ?
