Job Description & Requirements Interim Manager, Case Management StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $165000.00 - $175000.00 Interim Manager, Case Management Needed in Puyallup, Washington! The Position - An Interim Manager, Case Management is needed to provide day-to-day leadership for a hospital-based care management team, ensuring effective cross-continuum care coordination and patient-centered services. - Reports to the Vice President of Case Management. This leader will oversee 23 FTEs. - Key responsibilities include managing care coordination operations; partnering with physicians and market leaders to improve patient outcomes; collaborating closely with Utilization Management and Revenue Cycle teams; mentoring staff; and stabilizing team performance through strong leadership and accountability. - The ideal candidate will be a change agent with demonstrated progressive healthcare leadership experience and a strong clinical background in case management. Must be highly organized, patient-focused, and able to adapt quickly to changing needs. Excellent communication skills will be critical. - Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; MSN, PhD, DNP, or ARNP preferred. - Active Washington State or Compact RN license required. - Three years of progressive leadership experience and five years of relevant clinical experience required. Experience collaborating with Utilization Management and Revenue Cycle strongly preferred. Pay Details - Pay Range: $165,000 - $175,000 annually. - The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation.
