Join our team as a traveling Physical Therapist where you will help
patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while

reach out with more details. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's,
Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited
program approved by the APTA. Active Washington state PT license is
required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC
may be required. Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in
geriatric, post-acute, or skilled nursing settings preferred.
Experience with common skilled nursing care interventions,
including ADL training, mobility programs, therapeutic exercise,
fall risk assessment, and restorative nursing collaboration.
Experience with documentation in electronic medical records
preferred. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing
