Assistant General Manager (AGM) to support daily operations,

Responsibilities Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily
restaurant operations, including shift management, inventory, and
financial tracking to achieve goals. Train, mentor, and supervise
staff to ensure high standards of service, efficiency, and team
morale. Maintain compliance with health, safety, and food quality
regulations, conducting regular audits and upholding sanitation
protocols. Support sales initiatives through customer service
excellence, promotional activities, and menu execution. Monitor
budgets, labor costs, and P&L elements to contribute to
profitability. Resolve guest concerns swiftly and foster positive
relationships within the community. Step in as acting GM when
needed, handling scheduling, vendor relations, and operational
improvements. Qualifications 2 years of experience in a supervisory
role within a fast casual or quick-service restaurant, such as
Assistant Manager or Shift Leader. Solid understanding of
restaurant systems, including POS, inventory management, and
scheduling software. Excellent leadership, communication, and
problem-solving skills. Knowledge of local health codes and food
safety certifications (ServSafe preferred). Flexibility to work
varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Associate's degree in Hospitality or related field is advantageous,
but not mandatory. Must be eligible to work in the US and located
in or willing to relocate to Marysville, WA. What We Offer
