Job Description:
NPI Program Manager Job Summary: Talent Software Services is in
search of a NPI Program Manager for a contract position in Redmond,
WA. The opportunity will be six months with a strong chance for a
long-term extension. Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
Purpose of the Team: The team acts as orchestrators for new product
introduction programs, focusing specifically on new product
introductions for cloud server rack hardware. The primary focus
will be on the compute and storage space. Key Projects: This role
will involve working on AI GPU projects along with partner
organizations, such as hardware engineering, business units, and
data operations. Responsibilities include tracking deployment
metrics, ensuring deployments are ready, and collaborating with
stakeholders to communicate dates across different systems. The
role is somewhat tactical or operational. Typical Task Breakdown
and Operating Rhythm: Initially, the role will consist of 60-70% of
meetings and 30-40% of tactical ad hoc tasks. Later, it will shift
to 70% task execution and 30% meetings. Although program management
and data analytics are useful as secondary experiences, the primary
need is an understanding of supply chain concepts. Compelling Story

Qualifications: Years of Experience Required: At least 5 years of
overall experience in the field. Degrees or Certifications
Required: A bachelor’s degree in engineering and a supply
chain-related degree are required to be eligible for this role.
Best vs. Average: The ideal candidate would be someone with a lot
of initiative and a process improvement mindset. Experience with
cloud servers, Six Sigma Certification, and a resume that contains
quantifiable impact in previous roles are advantageous. Experience
using SQL is also preferred. Performance Indicators: Performance
will be assessed based on meeting deadlines, quality of work, and
feedback from others. Minimum 2 years of experience with Excel,
PowerPoint, etc. Minimum 2 years of experience with dashboards,
like Tableau or Power BI. Extremely good communication skills and
