Solidworks PDM Administrator in Bellevue, WA. As a Solidworks PDM
Administrator you will: Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot the
SolidWorks PDM system across a 200 user base, covering Structural,
Neutronics, Thermal-Hydraulic, Radiological, Safety, etc.
disciplines. Manage user accounts, workflows, vaults, and
permissions within SolidWorks PDM. Manage license compliance,
provide guidance on annual renewals and expansion of licensing as
needed. Provide hands-on support for SolidWorks CAD users in a
regulated, NQA-1 compliant environment. Create and deliver
technical training and develop clear, comprehensive system
documentation. Communicate changes in documentation, standards or
software upgrades to staff. Oversee the onboarding and offboarding
process for PDM and CAD users, ensuring compliance with internal
processes and procedures. Resolve support tickets in a timely
manner or escalate complex issues to application custodians or IT
engineering team when necessary. Validate documents are filed and
stored to company standards and procedures. Collaborate with
SolidWorks designers, Quality Assurance, and IT teams to ensure
data integrity and traceability. Collaborate with Records
Management and Document Control to streamline PDM/PLM interface
Identify and capitalize on opportunities to improve CAD & PDM
processes and systems to maximize productivity of CAD functions.
Manage software upgrades, including planning, communication,
testing, and implementation. Support auxiliary CAD tools, with an
emphasis on AutoDesk products as needed. This is a full-time
opportunity. The ideal candidate will have: A bachelor’s degree in
information systems, computer science, structural engineering,
architecture or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience
administering SolidWorks PDM in a production or enterprise setting,
including building and maintenance of workflows. Strong background
supporting SolidWorks CAD users, particularly in an engineering or
technical organization. Pay Range: $63 - $90 per hour. *Pay range
offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors,
including the candidate's education, work experience, work
