Attorney – Junior to Senior Level (Seattle) Direct Counsel is
seeking an Employment Litigation Associate to join a national law
firm with a strong and growing employment practice in Washington.
This is a great opportunity for a confident and motivated attorney
to handle complex employment defense matters within a
collaborative, well-respected team. About the Role The ideal
candidate will have: At least 2 years of experience in employment
litigation. A solid understanding of federal and Washington
employment laws and regulations . Prior experience at a large
defense firm or a boutique handling sophisticated employment cases
. Strong writing, research, and communication skills, with an
emphasis on practical problem-solving. The associate’s practice
will focus primarily on employment litigation matters , including
defending employers in single-plaintiff and multi-party disputes.
Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school. Membership (or
pending membership) in the Washington State Bar. A proactive,
client-focused approach and the ability to thrive in a
team-oriented environment. Compensation & Benefits Salary range:
$225,000–$330,000, depending on experience. Comprehensive benefits
including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and bonus eligibility .
Three weeks of vacation annually, plus 10 paid holidays and 80
