paperwork. Compensation: $140,000 - $250,000 yearly
Responsibilities: What You’ll Do Advocacy: Prioritize negotiation
and settlement to achieve stable futures for clients. Pod HR
Management: Act as the direct supervisor for pod staff, conducting
weekly 1-to-1s and bi-annual performance reviews. Quality Control:
Review and finalize all legal documentation (pleadings, motions,
agreements). Client Stewardship: Provide consistent monthly case
updates for all clients with matters open for at least 14 days.
Production: Meet the quarterly billing goal of collectible time.
Qualifications: Who We’re Looking For Current Washington State Bar
license. 2-5 years of family law experience (trial experience is a
plus). Strong communication, organizational, and client-centered
skills. Collaborative, growth-minded, and empathetic approach.
Someone who values mentorship, teamwork, and professional
development. Motivated to advocate for clients’ best interests,
whether through negotiation or court. Demonstrably collaborative,
