Our representatives are the voice of the Credit Union. They interact with members and front line staff alike on a wide array of topics, from basic transactions and online banking to solving complex card service issues. Contact Center Representatives for O Bee are motivated, problem solvers, and advocates for outstanding member service. O Bee's Contact Center operates from 8am to 6pm Monday through Friday. Our branches are deeply rooted in the communities that we serve. The branch teams volunteer at community events including parades, beer festivals, and music events. All staff are encouraged to volunteer for other worthy causes like the local food banks and homeless shelters and are provided 20 hours paid time per year to make this happen. Qualifications : BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: High School diploma or a GED and a good understanding of basic math, spelling, reading, and letter writing principles. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing. Knowledge of Microsoft software products. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Ability to convey moderately complex technical issues to a nontechnical user. Ability to problem solve and think critically. Symitar experience preferred. Credit Union experience a plus. The position will be open until filled, applications reviewed immediately. $500 Bonus after 6 months.
