As a Licensed Therapist with our owner-operated private practice, you will play a critical role in achieving the following primary objectives:* Enhancing Client Well-Being: Conduct individual, couples, or group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic services to support clients in achieving their mental health goals.* Client-Centered Care: Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring a compassionate and client-centered approach.* Collaborating for Better Patient Outcomes: Participate in regular team meetings focused on support and provider development to improve client outcomes.* Work a Manageable Caseload: You deserve a manageable caseload to avoid burnout.
