on-site position located in Woodland, WA. Benefits include medical,

PTO accruals from day one! Job duties included, but not limited to:
Correctly sets up and operates 10 color central impression press;
Report all maintenance problems as soon as issue is discovered;
Learn to read and understand work orders and correlating S.O.P’s;
Follow all required information instructions on work orders;
Continuously check print during run and monitor ink density, dot
gain, color, register, print to start, repeat, web width, etc;
Maintain the proper flow of roll tags to insure accurate paper/film
usage and inventory; Perform proper startup, clean up and shut down
procedures; Properly fill out and maintain QC database at job
start-up and completion of every printed roll. Requirements: Must
have 3-5 years Flexographic printer operator experience including
experience with wideweb and CI presses; 3-5 years Experience
Printing in water & solvent based inks; Understand film and paper
web tension and taper; Understanding of printing terminology; Able
to troubleshoot problems and report back to supervision for
corrective and preventive actions; Successfully operate X-Rite
spectrodensitometer color proofing system; Understanding of color
