equivalent practical experience. 6 years of experience in product
design, interaction design, or a related UX field. Experience
creating user flows, wireframes, and prototypes. Experience
collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product

Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer
Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in high-fidelity prototyping and motion design.
Experience with cross-product area influence and collaboration
within a large organization. Excellent cross-functional
collaboration skills with a track record of influencing product
strategy. Excellent visual design skills, with expertise in

innovative products. The Google Meet Intelligence team uses Gemini
to enhance how users connect and collaborate. By focusing on core
user needs, we build intelligent features that bridge the gap
between people and productivity, such as our recent "Take notes
with Gemini" launch. In this role, you will be a relentless user
advocate, working closely with research to design innovative
experiences that push the boundaries of virtual and hybrid work. AI
will change the future of work in profound ways, and our products—
Gmail, Docs, Drive, Calendar, Sheets, Vids and Meet are at the
forefront. From pre-computed summaries for email threads, summaries
for meetings, and videos created from a document using lifelike AI

(Google DeepMind), work with exceptional leaders, and have the

salary range for this full-time position is $159,000-$231,000 bonus
equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level,
and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by
work location and additional factors, including job-related skills,
experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can

Meet’s intelligence strategy through cross-functional alignment and
high-quality design deliverables. Collaborate with UX Research to
identify user pain points and uncover new opportunity areas for
intelligent features. Develop user journeys, designs, prototypes,
and presentations to effectively communicate design ideas to
stakeholders. Partner closely with engineering to implement designs
to specification and identify creative solutions to technical
challenges. Apply and contribute to shared design systems to ensure
consistency across Workspace products.
