Intermodal - Portland, OR Job Description:

Local Intermodal route with top pay!

A typical work shift will have multiple dispatches with a mix of live load and drop and hook freight. Expect to work a 10-12 hours per day. Occasional customer or mechanical delays may require overnight stays.

Delivery Locations: The average dispatch is a 160 mile radius from the rail ramp.

Home Time: Home Daily with 2 Consecutive Days Off Currently recruiting for a variable shift schedule. Start times anywhere from 1300-1700 based on customer needs in the market. Drivers work 5 days a week by schedule but can work an optional 6th day for extra pay.

Compensation: Pay structure is Ring Pay with the average dispatch being 50 miles but up to 300 miles roundtrip.

Equipment: Tractors in this fleet are day cabs.

Job Requirements:
Must be legally licensed to operate and must have minimum of 3 months driving experience. All tractors will leave and return to the yard daily All drivers must have their own transportation to commute to and from the yard daily.
