Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow our hazardous waste
disposal sales team. This role functions as a Player-Coach,
balancing direct sales responsibilities with team leadership. The
manager will oversee 6-8 Business Development and Inside Sales
professionals, driving revenue growth and expanding market presence
across the Pacific Northwest. Key Responsibilities Manage and
develop the sales team, ensuring CRM accountability and pipeline
management. Achieve personal and team revenue targets. Identify
market opportunities and expand sales within the hazardous waste,
transportation, and disposal sectors. Build and maintain strong
client relationships while enhancing customer experience. Oversee
regional sales budgets and provide regular updates to senior
leadership. Attend industry events, respond to RFPs/RFQs, and
develop proposals for potential clients. Ensure compliance with
safety, regulatory, and operational requirements. Qualifications
MUST HAVE HAZARDOUS WASTE EXPERIENCE Education: High school diploma
or GED required; Bachelor's degree in business, marketing,
environmental science, or related field preferred. Experience: 3-5
years in sales management and 5-10 years in hazardous
waste/environmental sector sales. Skills: Strong business
development background, leadership capabilities, and working
knowledge of 40 & 49 CFR regulations. Other: Valid driver’s license
