Job Description:
PediaStaff, a leader in pediatric and school-based staffing, is
seeking a dedicated Part-time School Speech Language Pathologist to
join our dynamic team. This role focuses on supporting students'
communication and swallowing disorders in educational settings. As

promotes both personal and professional growth. Assess and diagnose
students with a wide range of speech, language, and swallowing
disorders. Implement individualized treatment plans and provide
therapy interventions accordingly. Collaborate with school staff
and parents to support student communication needs and progress.
Document and maintain records of students’ progress and therapy
sessions according to state and federal regulations. Participate in
Individual Education Plan (IEP) meetings to discuss student goals
and modifications. Educate and provide strategies for teachers and
parents to help meet the communication needs of students outside of
therapy sessions. Strong diagnostic and evaluation skills for
speech, language, and swallowing disorders. Ability to create and
execute detailed, individualized treatment plans. Strong
interpersonal and communication skills, suited for working with
children, parents, and educational staff. Proficiency in using
technology for documentation and communication. Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current state license in
Speech-Language Pathology. Certificate of Clinical Competence in
Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American
Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
