dynamic, energetic, and highly qualified individual to be our new
Director of Advancement. Ideal applicants strongly support and
promote Catholic education, have an engaging and friendly
personality, are able to work collaboratively with a variety of
individuals and groups, and bring energy and innovation to
advancement strategies, including fundraising and marketing.
Experience with capital campaigns, donor cultivation, major gifts
and planned giving programming preferred. Knowledge of Raisers'
Edge, Greater Giving, and website programs required. This position
is full time, 220 days/yr. The salary range is $95-$110K Any
offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal
salary ranges, market data, applicant’s skills and prior relevant
experience, degrees, and certifications. A comprehensive package of
benefits is offered including two medical plan options, dental,
vision, life, accidental death and disability, long term
disability, pension, 403(b), HSA, FSA, and generous sick leave,
