Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Occupational Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: 03/02/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 38 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Qualifications: Current Occupational Therapist license in the state Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team BLS certification Responsibilities: Evaluate patients’ functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans Provide hands-on therapy in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols Document patient progress and maintain accurate treatment records Collaborate with physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals Educate patients, families, and caregivers on techniques to support continued care and safety About LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
